The Young Georgia Authors Writing Competition is a long-standing program sponsored by the Georgia Department of Education that encourages students to develop a love and enthusiasm for writing. Each year, students from across the state submit their work for consideration.
At the school level, one winner is selected from each grade. These winners will now advance to compete at the RESA district level. District winners will then move on to represent their area at the state level of the competition.
Our grade-level winners were recognized at this month’s Board of Education meeting. Congratulations again to all of our winners!
